From the tender age of 7 Joel has had an entrepreneurial spirit.  His sole mission is to encourage more young people to work harder and dream. Sibabalwe co-owns a public relations and communications company called Unorthodox PR and Media Group, which focuses on providing their clients with media exposure to achieve their objectives. She sits as a director at Arigo Investments on the Executive Board, as well as the Phenomenal African Woman (PAW) Board, where it’s objectives are to improve women’s lives all over Africa. Its headquarters are in Nigeria and she is the youngest member of the board. Siba was also featured in publications including Lionesses of Africa and Destiny Connect and was interviewed on Power FM radio about her Women’s Youthpreneur movement.

Lula Tshongweni was born and raised in the township of Tsakane, in the East Rand, East of Johannesburg, South Africa, where he currently still resides. As a little boy, Lula used to play with his friends on the sand heaps and around large bodies of water commonly seen around the area he lived, not knowing that these were actually tailings dams and heaps, which are by-products of the mining process. Fast forward many years later, and Lula is now the founder of Lutails Engineering, a specialist consulting firm working in the mine tailings industry.
